Only wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed at the Wild Blue Lodge for our honeymoon at the end of a month long trip to South Africa. We were blown away by the beautiful lodge, with its stunning views of the reserve with the Drakensburg mountains behind. We stayed at the Wild Blue Lodge for 4 nights at Easter. The lodge is about 30 minutes' drive from the main road, but the path (gravel road) goes through the so-called Greater Kruger Park, and so we already came across the first giraffes and monkeys.
